VCV-Rack 2 ist ein frei verfügbarer modularer Software-Synthesizer. Die Software steht unter einer freien Lizenz. Das VCV-Rack simuliert ein Eurorack, das intern sowohl über USB- als auch MIDI-Verbindungen mit virtuellen und sogar realen MIDIGeräten verbunden werden kann. Standardmäßig enthält VCV-Rack verschiedene Module in Form von VCOs, LFOs, Mixer und vielen weiteren.
